What I loved was that I could come to you with only a photo of the ring my partner wanted and you still made it happen. You kept me in the loop, took the time to get the details right, and cared that I was happy with it before we called it done. The ring is beautiful up close and feels really well made, and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for something custom. Having you deliver it to my home personally meant a lot too. Thank you for making the experience feel personal, not stressful this chapter really mattered to me.
